Engineering and Design

Starting from the user requests (URS) document, Analysis will design your Clean Room room and perform the design qualification (DQ) to ensure that the room meets the desired features. Considerations during the design process: clean room dimensions, door and window placements, clean room feeding with HEPA/ULPA filter, positive or negative pressure requirement, required air change number, required temperature/humidity values in the room, lighting requirement etc. Analysis Clean Room can also guide you about HVAC systems and can guide you about the system to be used to provide the necessary environmental conditions. The engineering, design and planning process ends with the approval of the detailed clean room and HVAC projects.

Shipping and Assembly

Depending on the size and type of the project, the installation can be completed in our facility and shipped to you, or the installation can be carried out directly at your facility. Analiz Clean Room completes the installation quickly and smoothly with its personnel who are experts in the clean room panel. In particular, modular clean room installations can be completed even in one day. Since all possible information is obtained during the design process, the locations of equipment such as grilles and lighting are predetermined and there is no loss of time during the assembly process. After installation is complete, Analysis performs Cleanroom installation qualification (IQ) tests to check that the room is properly set up and meets design specifications.

 

Commissioning, Certification Validation and Documentation

While the setup of the chamber is important, it is more important that it functions properly. During the commissioning phase, the Analysis Cleanroom thoroughly tests that the room is operating in accordance with the design goals and requirements. After the room is operational, after pressure balancing, controls such as temperature/humidity control, air flow control, air velocity and linearity are performed. Confirmation tests such as particle measurements, air change count and room pressure testing are done to make sure everything is working properly. In these tests carried out within the scope of validation tests, besides the determination of the cleanliness class of the room, the qualification (OQ) that the room functions in accordance with the design is also made. If you wish, the validation of the room can also be carried out by companies that are third independent organizations. After the tests, documents such as HEPA filter certificates, warranty documents, spare parts list, maintenance and operation manual are sent to you.
